Hello, I'm Paula.
I am a homeschool mom of two with a passion for teaching. I was born and raised in California, and graduated from Vanguard University with a BA in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. I currently enjoy teaching engaging and hands-on science, kindergarten and handicrafts classes for early elementary students while homeschooling my own children.

Young Scientists
Using a science curriculum that is aligned to meet the California State Standards, our full curriculum science classes will provide early elementary students with a solid introduction to science. Exciting educational experiments will be conducted while exploring life science, physical science, and earth-space science. Mondays and Thursdays - $250 per semester

Kindergarten Math
Students will build a strong foundation for problem solving, focusing on counting, number recognition, shapes, patterns, measurement, and addition and subtraction skills through manipulatives, games, learning centers, and curriculum. Mondays and Thursdays - $220 per semester

Kindergarten Language Arts
Students will develop the fundamental skills they need to be successful in Kindergarten and beyond. We will explore letter recognition, phonics, reading and pre-writing skills through crafts, games, learning centers, and curriculum. Mondays and Thursdays - $220 per semester

Handicrafts
This is not your ordinary art class! Students will use their hands to create fun, one of a kind craft projects. Projects will include embroidery, hand stitching, beading, and much more! Let the creativity begin! Thursdays - $240 per semester
